The base is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM

This job requires a clear background check with no prior felonies.

​

Duties Include:

​

• Physical capacities must include bending, stooping, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.

• Ensure individuals served are safe in their working conditions and program participation at all times.

• Utilize quality supervisory skills to coach, train, teach, model, and mentor individuals in their desired employment setting. Clients should be treated with respect and dignity at all times. Clients should be treated as adults with certain rights and responsibilities.

• Exhibit professional marketing skills in seeking meaningful long-term employment for individuals served. 

• Client-specific information is confidential. You should discuss issues involving clients with your Supervisor in a respectful and confidential setting.

• Complete timesheets, data collection, incident/accident reports, job site-specific documentation, and month-end progress notes. Ensure that all paperwork is completed thoroughly, accurately, and submitted promptly.

• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of The Bridges Foundation, DHS-DDSD, DRS, and other governing entities as required.
