OUR PROGRAMS
WORKSHOP
The workshop is a positive and safe work environment located at both our North & South campuses. This program focuses on vocational and behavioral training led by our certified job coaches to help individuals navigate the responsibilities of gaining and securing employment.
Clients are paid a piece rate based on their personal productivity, allowing them an opportunity to increase their stamina, confidence and self- esteem.
The work shop is a great starting point for any individual with developmental disabilities to learn new employment skills and build positive relationships that will last a life time.
COMMUNITY INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT
This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to earn up to minimum wage, while working with a crew performing tasks such as sub-assembly, shredding, recycling and housekeeping.
Each crew consists of 5 to 7 individuals plus a certified job coach, giving exposure to new employment skills and helping individuals develop increased self-esteem while gaining a sense of community inclusion.
Bridges provides continuous support to both employers and individuals.
Once an individual is thoroughly trained in his or her job duties, a work crew supervisor continues to provide on-the-job support as long as needed, ensuring consistent work productivity as the individual develops new skills.

WORK ADJUSTMENT
Our work adjustment program was developed for high school students to get accustomed to the work force. Our work adjustment training (WAT) team will take students out to various job sites to participate in job sampling so that they can get a better idea of what they may be interested in doing post high school graduation.
VOCATIONAL
REHABILITATION
Our vocational rehabilitation program provides counseling and guidance with job placement to individuals with barriers to employment.
Our employment consultants analyze the specific needs of businesses, and work to place each individual in a job that is mutually beneficial.
Employment consultants provide initial on-site training for our clients and provide routine check-ins to ensure the quality of the job placement.
